I didn’t go to slimming world this week as I have a tummy bug and a chest infection so I won’t be weighed until next Wednesday :(
I have lots of gym visits and bike rides planned this week though and making my yummy home made soups aswell… and eating lots of scan bran!!
Do you have short-term goals too? What are they?
I want to get my Club 10 award (lose 10% of my starting body weight) that I am only 3lb away from!

Today is “no tumblr day“. That’s right, you will try just one day to be off tumblr, post your progress/food log/training schedule tomorrow, because today, you are going “back to basics“!

Thank you. It’s been a hectic week and I feel drained emotionally and physically. I won’t be surprised if I have gained this week at my SW group. I have a long bike ride planned in the morning and will eat lots of (ss) super free foods, and hopefully I won’t undo all of my hard work…
What are your fitness goals? (Splits, hand-stands, push-ups)
My short term fitness goal is to get my gold body magic award (after 8 weeks of 5x30mins of exercise) Then my platinum award (when active living is a lifestyle)
My main fitness goal is to learn how to swim. At the moment I don’t have the confidence to go to the swimming baths as I don’t feel confident in a swimming costume.

Just stuffed my face with millionaire shortbread. We bought two trays of it yesterday when we did the food shop and I said to myself that I wouldn’t touch it. I cut it up for my son and husband last night for them to have after their tea. (My son has a tummy bug though so he’s not eating properly) My husband and son both didn’t really feel like any and I have just had a few pieces. I feel so bad now though :( I even checked on the SW website how many syns are in each square… 12.5 syns per 6th of the tray, and I have had 2 6ths :( that’s way over my syn allowance… blah!
Having a rubbish week so far. My son has a tummy bug which is causing lots of sleepless nights and late mornings. So I’m missing breakfast each day. I also have a mad cough which I can’t get rid of that’s keeping me up all night, and I haven’t done any exercise this week yet :( I’m in need of motivation!!
When watching TV, do you usually watch the “food channels“ or movies/TV-shows/series?
I don’t really watch a great deal of TV. I usually watch documentary programmes about weight loss, the only soap I watch is Eastenders and I ALWAYS watch doctor who :D
Write your usual meal plan for one day.
Breakfast - 2 weetabix with skimmed milk topped with lots of super free food (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and banana)
Lunch - Home made butternut squash soup, with 5 scan bran topped with extra light Philadelphia cheese and extra lean ham and cherry tomatoes
Tea - Spaghetti bolognese made with quorn mince, garlic, onion, peppers, mushrooms and chopped tomatoes. With spaghetti and 30g of cheddar cheese.
If I get peckish through out the day or at night I snack on big fruit salads full of super free foods, or on free lean ham. Strawberries are my favourite super free fruit snack (Plus they’re SS)

I lost 3.5lb tonight at Slimming World. I got my 1.5 stone award, my silver body magic award and I was slimmer of the week too! So far I have lost 1st 7.5lb (21.5 pounds)
I’m very proud of myself, my husband gave me so super cute earrings and necklace and a dinky little charm for doing so well :D
